organization and Key Responsibility Areas [KRA])
1. Qualified
Degree Holder / Graduate from recognized institution with minimum of 70% marks
or 8.4 cgpa.
2.
Good
knowledge in HTML & CSS coding and maintenance.
3. Sound
Knowledge on languages like php, .net, Ruby On Rails, VC#, SQL Server, C, C++,
JAVA, Word press etc..
4.
Good
knowledge in creating / managing / modifying dynamic pages.
5. Good
knowledge in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax script libraries available on internet
for adding menus and effects.
6.
Good experience in optimizing for cross
browser compatibility with major browsers like IE 6,7,8,9, Firefox, Chrome and
Safari.
7.
Good Knowledge in image manipulation, HTML
& CSS design templates.
- Some experience in
creating non flash / flash animation for website would be added advantage.
- Good English communication skill.
- Better understanding of
requirement in written communication is preferred.
- Additional certificates on Web Designing
course will be great plus.

Analytically
