Eligibility : 60% 

The drive has two stages i.e. Stage-1 & Stage-2
Stage-1 Rounds-
 PPT Session-
 Written Test (Technical/Management) -An applicant can opt any one of the optional test
papers. The applicant will appear in the manual test of their desired technology test papers. This
is the traditional method of examination like they have written their board/university exams.
 GD- will be divided in two parts where everybody will have the chance to represent him/herself.
 Inbuilt Talent Test-An applicant can use all the possible and available resources to complete the
task within the stipulated time frame. There will be unlimited life line to them to get the
assistance from their seniors/known/friends but the assignment must be completed beautifully
within the time frame. An applicant can choose the task as per his/her area of interest but they
have to show their inbuilt talent in that particular domain/technology. This is an innovative
method of execrating out the best in the applicant by using all the possible available
resources.
Stage-2 Rounds
 PI &Final HR for the Stage-1 Shortlisted Students.
Note:- There will be a gap of approx 4 to 5 days time at least to organize the Stage-2 Rounds as the
copies of the stage -1Rounds will be hand over the organization for evaluation of the rounds and the
said organization will prepare the individual skill matrix of all the appeared students of stage-1
Rounds and then Company will shortlist candidates on the ground of the overall performance of the
stage-1 rounds appeared candidates. The shortlisted candidates will be appeared in the Stage-2
Rounds i.e. PI &Final HR.
Recruitment team will suggest issuing the offer letters to the finally selected candidates and
company’s hr Department will issue the offer letters to the finally selected candidates from its
official_id preserving their different rounds copies and other related documents.
