Placement
Procedure:
Since it is an
International Placement, we want to conduct the placements procedure in two
steps.
Step 1: We would
visit your college and Select (shortlist) some students from your college. For
the selected students, we would give online project/training for 6-8 weeks
and we would ask the students to complete a project during the training.
Every-week our Technical Engineers will come in contact with the students by
Skype and give the training.
Step 2: Once the
project is finished, we would conduct the next round (HR) for those students
participated in the project and we would select the best students depending
on their performance in the project.
Job
Description: (NON-IT)
·
Design, develop and prototype new products in
accordance with company Product Development Process (PDP) requirements.
·
Evaluate the feasibility of concepts and/or
prototypes through engineering testing and analysis, consistent with customer
expectation.
·
Develop time-lines and cost estimates for
development tasks and appraise management of performance against plan.
·
Identify, develop and implement pre-production
assembly methods and equipment; Coordinate with OEM vendor activities relative
to communication of specifications, development schedules, and system
compatibility.
Job
Description: (IT)
·
Design, build, test and maintain scalable and
stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet
business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software
developers and Engineers.
·
Contribute to the entire implementation process
including driving the definition of improvements based on business need and
architectural improvements
·
Create/Write new program modules and maintain
them to support Enterprise applications. Analyze, review and modify existing
code modules.
·
Write and maintain scripts to create new reports.
·
Follow and maintain enterprise source code versioning.
·
Meet with business partners to understand business
needs, Analyze business requirements and convert them to technical
specifications.
·
Responsible for overall design of the solution.
Design modules to augment existing system functionality, perform unit testing
and support integration/user acceptance testing.
·
Conduct root cause analysis and advanced
performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality.
The students should choose either IT or NON-IT
field according to their personal interest and knowledge on the field.
IT mainly consists of
Python. NON-IT consists of Robotics.
